After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that copy of Annexure-8 being a representation for refund of rates has also been forwarded to the Secretary, Food and Consumers Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No.10). Limited grievance as per submission of petitioner's counsel is that the same has not been considered/disposed of.

In view of the limited issue raised, no adjudication is required in the matter and this application need not be kept pending. The petitioner will be at liberty to pursue the said representation before the newly added respondent No.10. It is needless to say that respondent No.10 is required to consider the same and dispose it of expeditiously, in accordance with law.
