The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 325, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 337, 338, 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and there is general and omnibus allegation against about 32 named and 400-500 unknown persons. It is further submitted that two accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.09.2016 passed in Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37921 of 2016 (2) dt.22-09-2016 2 / 2 Miscellaneous No.32837 of 2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Barsoi P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Katihar subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
