The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020 for the offences under Section 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 IPC. Considering the nature of injury, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer is, accordingly, rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders and pray for regular bail, the court below shall dispose of the same on the same day without being prejudiced by refusal of anticipatory bail by this Court.
