Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three unknown persons snatched the bag of the informant containing cash.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as the fact that in the nature of the case test

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27729 of 2020(2) dt.24-11-2020 2/2 identification parade would be required, hence, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018. (Birendra Kumar, J) mantreshwar/- U T
