Non-appear for the State, petitioner is praying only for direction to the respondents no. 2 to 4 to consider his grievance relating to non-payment of salary for the period from 01.07.2014 to 01.01.2021. In this regard, petitioner cited representation dated 27.02.2021 at Annexure-1.

Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's service record and also whether is he entitled to salary as demanded by him for the period 01.07.2014 to 01.01.2021 or not?

Patna High Court CWJC No.11784 of 2021 dt.08-12-2021 2/2 After due examination, necessary speaking order shall be passed relating to entitlement of salary to the aforesaid period. The aforesaid decision should be taken within the period of two months of receipt of this order.
