Patna High Court CWJC No.8521 of 2024(5) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 by the learned Court of Arbitration cum the Commissioner, Magadh Pamandal, Gaya in Arbitration Case No. 193 of 2022.
3. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
