This is an application for correction of crime number of Beldaur Police Station in the bail petition so also consequently in the order dated 15.09.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 23413 of 2020.

It is stated that since in the bail application Beldaur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020 has wrongly been typed as Beldaur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020 hence the said mistake perpetuated in the bail order dated 15.09.2020.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Necessary correction be accordingly carried out. Consequently the earlier order stands modified to the extent mentioned above. The instant application is accordingly
