Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 780 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and under Section 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2022 and there is recovery of 25 litres of Chaulai liquor and 300 Gram of Ganga from his possession and and he has 5 antecedents.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27946 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Court No. II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S.
