The petitioner seeks bail in Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 323, 406, 420, 498(A), 366(A)/34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has stated that she had voluntarily gone with this petitioner who is husband of her elder sister. She had gone with the petitioner without informing her family members. Therefore, the instant case has been filed. She has not been kidnapped by petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Goreakothi P.S.
