JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-08-2019 Counsel for the respondent State has raised an objection that without availing of the remedies under the guidelines against the order dated 28.1.2014 removing the petitioners from their functioning as Anganwari Sevika and Sahaika the writ petition has been filed directly before this court.

Since objection in this regard has been raised by the State Counsel, this Court would observe that if the petitioners avail of their remedy under the extant guidelines within four weeks, respondent authorities should considered the same on its merit without raising the issue of delay.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
