The petitioners have filed this petition for modification of order dated 27.02.2018 by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to mistake of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the address of petitioner Nos.1 and 2, Mahesh Thakur and Shivendra Thakur have wrongly been stated as resident of village Kalyanchak, P.S. Muffasil, District-Munger in place of resident of village-Govindpur, P.S. Madhusudanpur, District-Bhagalpur and the address of petitioner Nos.4 and 5 have also wrongly been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21088 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 stated as resident of village-Rajanpur, P.S.-Shahkund(Sajour), District-Bhagalpur in place of resident of village-Govindpur, P.S.- Madhusudanpur, District-Bhagalpur.

Considering the facts aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make correction in the address of petitioner Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 and the order dated 27.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11470 of 2018 shall stand corrected accordingly. The period for surrender of the petitioners is extended for four weeks from today.
