Having regard to the fact that the order of this Court dated 22.4.2014 in C.W.J.C.No. 6503/2014 has already been complied in the sense that a departmental proceeding has been initiated against Sailestin Hansda, the then District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya, this Court is now not required to do anything more in this contempt proceeding.

That being so, this application has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
