The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that thee is general, omnibus and ornamental allegations have been leveled against the petitioner. On perusal of supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, it appears the upon intervention of the well wishers of the parties, compromise has been taken place between the petitioner and informant and accordingly, agreement-cum-compromise has been

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S.
