The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.47 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that owing to land dispute there is case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries and the injuries sustained by the victim Raghvendra Singh and Suman Kumar were on non-vital part of the body and simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
