2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 317(5), 61(2) of the BNS and under Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2025.

5. Considering the recovery and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26340 of 2025(4) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be blood relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Barauni (FCI O.P.) Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
