The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supplementary Pasraha P.S. Case No.142 of 2019 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The police after investigation submitted final form exonerating the petitioner from the charges and not sent up him for trial, vide Annexure 4 to this application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.27476 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Supplementary Pasraha P.S. Case No.142 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
