1. The petitioner has approached this Court against the order, dated 14.07.2017, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Purnia in Criminal Revision No. 108 of 2017 (CIS No. 108 of 2017), by which, learned Session Judge, Purnia has set aside the order, dated 08.06.2016 to 23.02.2017, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnia, in Complaint Case No. 289 of 2016, with further direction to pass appropriate order after holding fresh enquiry, as per the provisions of law, and after

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the remand order, no progress has taken place in the Complaint Case No. 289 of 2016 and only dates are being given.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that after the remand order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Purnia, the complaint has not progressed, accordingly, I direct learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia to complete the enquiry in Complaint Case No. 289 of 2016 expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months.

5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed.
