Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of reinstatement of the petitioner after quashing of the order of punishment dated 11.12.2018 in CWJC No. 1978 of 2009 and the directions passed therein the petitioner is entitled to consequential benefits on account of quashing of dismissal order. ACP is part of consequential benefits for which order has already been given by this Court in the proceedings arising out of CWJC No. 1978 of 2009. She submits that the petitioner
