The Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No.3 of 2019, for the offence registered u/s 302/34 of the IPC.

At the very outset, on perusal of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, it appears that at para-3 of the bail application, it is mentioned that petitioner has clean antecedent and for the first time he has been made accused in the present case but in para-85 of the case diary, it is mentioned that petitioner has criminal antecedent.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, it is clear that the petitioner has tried to suppress this fact from this Court, as such, without going into the merit of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36833 of 2021(4) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the instant bail application is hereby dismissed.
