2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. During checking, one Dilip Kumar was apprehended by police with arms & ammunition and he disclosed that the cartridges have been sold to him by this petitioner, for which, Rs. 40,000/- was paid to him (petitioner) through mobile.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and has been made accused only on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28320 of 2025(2) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 disclosure made by co-accused Dilip Kumar, who was apprehended on spot. Learned counsel further submits that till date, it has not been verified as to whether the alleged amount has been transferred to the account of petitioner or nor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge - I, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 473 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
