ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-05-2016 The petitioners seek revision of the order dated 17.09.2015 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Nawada in Cr. Appeal No. 39 of 2013, G.R. No. 1734 of 2005, Tr. No. 1686 of 2013 arising out of Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2005.

Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, I am unable to find any illegality in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by them.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed. However, the petitioners shall deposit fine within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
