Apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. case no. 522 of 2016, registered under Sections 366-A of the IPC the petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail. Diverse submissions have been made in support of the bail. However, after making submissions at some length, Mr. Singh, states that the petitioner would surrender and pray for regular bail bringing to the notice of the Court below all relevant facts.
