Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,316,307,498(A), 504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons tried to set the informant on fire.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is named accused and there is direct allegation against her.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51440 of 2016 (4) dt.09-02-2017 the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Her prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Prakash/- U
