The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhore P.S. Case No. 45/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named seven persons including three petitioners who are ladies and alleged that on the order of Gorakh Khatik, Dharmendra Khatik assaulted Chauthi Khatik with Farsa on his head. Allah Khatik assaulted Suganti Devi mother of the informant with axe on her head. Nand Kumar Khatik assaulted the grand-father of the informant with iron rod on his hand causing fracture injury on hand.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46830 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners. Petitioners are ladies.

Learned counsel for the informant however opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail, but could not be able to show any specific allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are ladies, they are in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 45/2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
