The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "For issuance of writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) of appropriate nature directing and commanding the concerned Respondent No. 2 to dispose off the petitioner's Supply (P.D.S.) Appeal No. 32/2020 expeditiously which is pending since its failing there."

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the prayer sought for by petitioner seeking a direction from this Court to direct the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Appeal No. 32 of 2020.

The present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to dispose off the appeal bearing Appeal No. 32 of 2020 made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. On such appeal being filed, the authority concerned shall pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law.

5. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

6. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
