The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S.Case No.357 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per the written report is that the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant by belt and cycle chain.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and he is a student of Prakritik School at Chirayatand, Neoura, Patna and ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-cum-S.J. III, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S.Case NO.357/2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
