====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2023 Heard Mr. Md. Nurul Hoda, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Umanath Mishra, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks modification in order dated 29.01.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40330 of 2021 with respect to attendance of the petitioner before the local police station on every Saturday at 9 A.M.

3. Considering aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, who happens to be the labour as well as his plight, the condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner is required to make his appearance as fixed by the Trial Court without fail.

4. In failure, the lower Court is directed to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner, if he does not come with a valid reason for being absent.
