2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No.80 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is said to have been involved in the murder of the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2024 and he has four criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
