JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pettiioner is only a share holder of the firm, namely, Mahajan Rice Mill and she has no concern with the business of the aforesaid firm. She has been implicated in this case merely because she is the daughter of Mahendra Prasad, who is one of the Directors of the said firm. Petitioner has not entered into any agreement in respect of the business of the firm, and as such, she has no liability.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42327 of 2017(2) dt.06-09-2017 2/2 submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
