JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For quashing the order passed by the Collector, Katihar which was communicated to the petitioner vide memo no. 180 dated 09.02.2013 contained in Annexure-1 whereby the petitioner has been found guilty in a disciplinary proceeding and punishment has been imposed against the petitioner reducing to a lower stage in time scale of pay."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to assail the punishment order dated 09.02.2013, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so
