This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she caused injury with rod at the head of the informant. The doctor has found grievous injury on the head without mentioning the dimension of the injury or its impact. Both sides are family members and have compromised the case as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner, above named, is female, she, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
