The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 359 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 401, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
