2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that the work of tap water was not done in accordance with the specifications. It is further alleged the keys of the cabin are still with the petitioner and has not been handed over to the newly elected ward members and new secretary of the management committee.
4. It is submitted that from bear perusal of the F.I.R. is is apparent that the petitioner has already completed the work as per the specifications and he has already given the said keys of the pump house to the new secretary. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P. S. Case No. 248 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
