Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Uchakagaon Police Station Case No.294 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gopalganj.

Allegation is that petitioner and others fired and hurled bomb causing injury.

Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. He is named accused in Uchakagaon Police Station Case No.222 of 2016. However, petitioner has suppressed the aforesaid fact in para 3

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 27634 of 2019(3) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 of the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail for the present. Hence, prayer is refused.

However, petitioner may renew prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
