1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 74806 of 2025 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 26.02.2026 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner stand framed by an order dated 12.03.2026.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submits that the order framing charge is not part of the record.

6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the

No.26219 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020.

7. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, namely, Bablu Kumar @ Padri Singh.

8. However, it is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release on bail, is trying to delay the trial of the case in any manner, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. It is further made clear that the learned Trial Court before releasing the petitioner on bail shall verify whether charges against the petitioner stand framed by an order dated 12.03.2026 or not and it if it is found that charges against the petitioner have not been framed in that event the present order shall not be given effect to but if the charges have been framed in that event the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted forthwith.
