The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 455 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25027 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the first information report. There is case and counter case for the alleged occurrence. Moreover, all the injuries are found simple in nature. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairia P.S. Case No. 455 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
