JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of mandamus commanding /directing the respondents authorities to appoint the petitioner to the post of Chaukidar on the basis of his work as he is working continuously from 1.1.1998 as a Chaukidar of Bit No. 7/13 in Chalmakhan, Karamchand Bakra Panchayat at Kurhni Police Station, Muzaffarpur, and to pay the wages of entire working period."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District
Patna High Court CWJC No.23528 of 2013(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
