The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, is a women and the informant alleges that she got appointment as Panchayat Teacher based on a tampered mark-sheet, it is next alleged that the petitioner passed her matriculation examination in third division but she tampered with her original certificate showing first division for the purposes of seeking appointment as Panchayat Teacher.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner disputes this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37003 of 2021(2) dt.14-06-2022 2/2 fact and submits that presently the matter is under investigation and the allegations are in realm of allegation and the petitioner has discharged her duty from 2007 till 2020. Learned senior counsel vehemently submits that petitioner has not made any tampering with her original certificate.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner is disputing the allegations as alleged in the F.I.R. and being a woman and a teacher who has taught for so long, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishi/- U T
