Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is that she along with others under conspiracy kidnapped the niece of the informant. From the statement made by the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C, it appears that Gaurav Kumar is the main accused in the present case who is friend of the son of the petitioner.
Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor also. Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, stated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55123 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 138/2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
