2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1396 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The allegation is that the petitioner along with other family members have killed the deceased for demand of dowry after administering poison to the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 13.02.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1396 of 2023.
