This application is for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from perusal of the FIR, it appears that the charge of forgery, as alleged, is against Dr. Amiya Agrawal and not against the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in the present case and only his name has been mentioned in the FIR. Heard learned A.P.P., who could not controvert the aforesaid fact that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner.
