2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has obtained employment as a Panchayat teacher, and in the course of verification, the certificate of training was found to be fake. The same has led to lodging of the police case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing an affidavit stating that she would not be availing benefit of the appointment alleged to have been

5. In view of such submission and subject to filing of such affidavit in the Court below, this Court, for the limited purposes of grant of bail, is inclined to accept the submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel. Prayer for bail is allowed.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class., Nawada, in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023, subject to filing of said affidavit in the Court below and further conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with following conditions: (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive
