Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence, word "no" was left to be mentioned between the word "got" and "criminal". Let it be corrected in course of the day.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27336 of 2022(5) dt.23-01-2023 2/2 The informant of this case is Divisional Manager of S.B.I. Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in Begusarai. He made allegation that certain forged insurance policies have been fabricated in collusion with the agents and the accused persons attempted to claim the amount of insurance on the basis of those forged papers. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on similar footing co-accused Ram Kishor Sah@ Raj Kishor Sah has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 1309 of 2021.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
