JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in paragraph 1 of the writ petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 22.04.2008 whereby his P.D.S. license bearing license no. 6/1999 has been suspended by Sub-Divisional Officer, East Muzaffarpur, District Muzaffarpur on the ground of certain illegalities. The petitioner submits that thereafter he has not served with any other order.

As per the 2007 Control Order, only on the basis of allegations, a P.D.S. license cannot be allowed to be remained

In the result, this application succeeds. The impugned order suspending the petitioner's license is set aside. This application stands allowed.
