The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201, 34/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. There is land dispute between the parties. Further submission is that nothing has come against the petitioner in the whole case diary.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45629 of 2017 (3) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S.
