Petitioner seeks bail in Chausa P.S. Case No.312 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 353, 307 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26,27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not apprehended at the spot.

As per written report, Kare Lal Mandal and Laddu Mandal were apprehended by the police at the spot. They disclosed the name of this petitioner. It is mentioned that fire arms have been recovered from possession of the petitioners, who were arrested by the police.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Chausa P.S.
