2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 04.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 67901 of 2021 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reason assigned in paragraph - 4 of the petition, further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in the office of District Legal Services Authority, West Champaran and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 04.04.2022 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37388 of 2024(2) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 Cr.Misc. No. 67901 of 2021 is modified to the above extent.

5. This petition is, accordingly, allowed.
