Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Uchkagaown P.S.Case No.02 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel of the petitioner would submit that the allegation against this petitioner is that he along with others arrived at the shop of the informant, armed with pistols with a view to snatch the motorcycle of the informant. It is alleged that all the accused persons have snatched Rs.1150/- and a mobile, the informant claims that he has identified this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that on account of caste dispute, petitioner has been made
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27607 of 2020(2) dt.25-11-2020 2/2 accused in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner has dispute with the Mausa of the informant, that is why, he has been made accused in the present case. Considering the fact that there is dispute between the petitioner and Mausa of the informant, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaown P.S.Case No.02 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
