2. The present application has been preferred for Restoration of C.W.J.C No. 16042 of 2025 to its original file

Patna High Court MJC No.1047 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 which has stood dismissed on 18.11.2025 for default due to noncompliance of the peremptory order to file notice to the respondent nos. 5 to 12 vide order dated 04.11.2025 passed on 31.03.2026 by this Hon'ble court.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph no. 5 of the petition, the MJC No. 1047 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the CWJC No. 16042 of 2025 is restored to its original file.
