The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that looted pick up van along with items and one loaded pistol and two cartridges were recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. There is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months in custody from 15.1.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. case No.299 of 2018.
